Heritage Ridge pepper-jack cheese—crafted on site in Middlebury, Indiana—is a blend of Jalapeno peppers and Monterey jack cheese, this product is hot, melts well and is great for snacking and sandwiches. Pepper-jack was named Grand Champion Cheese in the 2017 NMPF Championship Cheese Contest.
