Heritage Ridge Thunder Jack Cheese is a blend of peppers, Colby cheese, and Monterey. Jack cheeses. A very colorful cheese that highlights any cheese display.

Crafted on site in Middlebury, Indiana, made from the milk produced in part from the cows on our own dairy farm.

Ingredients: Pasteurized milk, Red & Green Jalapeno peppers, Cultures, Salt, Enzymes and Annatto color.
